Your Role as Social Media Manager
As the Social Media Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our online voice and image across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities

- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest.
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers in a timely manner to foster community growth and interaction.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, best practices, and emerging platforms to enhance our strategy.
- Implement influencer partnerships and campaigns to expand our reach.
- Conduct social listening to understand customer sentiments, challenges, and feedback, providing insights for product improvements.
- Organize and oversee social media contests and promotions to boost engagement and customer loyalty.
- Assist in the creation and management of paid social media advertising campaigns, focused on lead generation and customer acquisition.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools, including Hootsuite, Buffer, and analytics software.
- Proficient in content creation including photography, videography, and copywriting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
